These features allow you to frame a magnificent view, opens north towards the city of Monterrey and south to the Sierra Madre. Customers requested a one-story residence that could fold and unfold, ie, a flexible space at the same time may have different functions. The basic layout of the house is a rectangle, is a central volume-oriented, mostly from north to south to ensure that all areas have seen abroad.
