Plan Loft Conversions – I was talking to my friend who lives in Germany. I asked him what loft home in Germany is. He described that loft home in Germany is house which were build in ex company or factory. It is similar with apartment, but the difference is, that the loft home is build on ex factory.

To know what he already described me, it makes me interesting to know more about loft home. Then, he suggests me some link in German language. Well, what do you think when you see some large and high building in red brick standing strong with little mess around such as broken glass, broken door with wood crossing it and some dry tree grow beside the building? My first opinion when I saw the picture of the building is "spooky". I said to my friend that this ex factory was so spooky. He said to me that many German live in the house like this. They would rather to live in the loft home than to buy some house. He added that house in German quite expensive than loft home. So that's why people of German decided to live in the loft home.

I was staring the ex factory that had been left by the owner to move out the town. I imagine how it would be if you live in this building, where you can have more neighbors in the house you live. When you open your front door you will meet your neighbors. You can imagine how many people can live together here. This building has many stairs. It can be 20 stairs. Just imagine, if only there was 20 rooms in a stair, then total population who lived there could be 400s population. Wow…that's amazing! It will give us possibilities to have more green area out there.

Besides, I also remember some stories in detective novels that I usually read in my spare time. Yes, the detective often lives in the loft home like this. Long after I was staring the house, suddenly I fell in love to this building. It is very exotic building with strong construction. I fell in love to the red brick color. I always dream to have some house with the red brick leave it naturally. And this building has it.

My wild imagination finally brings me to plan loft conversions. First step that I will do is, must re-décor the loft and make the "spooky" opinions out from the buildings. But the question is how?

What you need to do is changing the wall paper. Make them more close and friendly to you. How will you choose the wall paper is depend on your favor. Even though we know that blue will make your room softer, but I don't suggest you to change your wall paper with blue, if you don't like blue color.

For your children bedroom, for boys, maybe you can décor with his favorite football team theme or with the car race he wishes. For your girl, usually people will choose pink color, but some girls do not like pink, some of them need lighter, such as orange or maybe purple. In choosing this theme, ask your children to discuss it with you. Let them choose their color.
