Miami Beach House was designed by BDA Architecture. This family beach house occupies along narrow site 10m wide x 50 deep across the road from the ocean. Built to the setback control on all boundaries it is pulled apart in the center to provide a private north facing courtyard which is sheltered from he prevailing south easterly. The front component of the house contains a garage and entry at ground level the living area on the first floor and master suite on second floor. Both the upper level open out onto terraces overlooking the ocean. The bedroom and second living area is in rear which open into the courtyard and pool. [ BDA Architecture ]
