The house built with wood-frame with exterior cedar siding and Douglas fir panels on interior walls. Windows frame are mahogany. Floor are Douglas fir and New York blue stone in honed and split-face finishes. The chimney is split faced blue stone. Built in bookshelves, bed, dresser and custom furniture are American Cherry. The house is approached on foot. Parking is placed on distance and screened by bushes. Three volumes connected by glass passage way from a generous country yard. The space is at once open and enclosed. Mature Pitch Pin, wood and ticket seclude the house from its neighbors. [ TWBTA ]

The house step down the hill with the upper volume sliding ff of the lower volume creating a covered parking area below and a private deck above. Inside, a linear organization of storage boxes runs lengthwise trough the house on both floor. These storage boxes are accessible from both side and contain all infrastructure. [ Levenbetts ] |
