Club Macquarie Motel by EJE Architecture Posted: 27 Sep 2013 09:43 PM PDT This Club Macquarie Motel was designed by EJE Architecture. The Macquarie Inn at Club Macquarie is a new 68 room two storey hotel building sited on a former bowling green that is linked to the existing Club Building. It was built by the club to add diversification to its existing market sectors. The design was to sit adjacent to the existing building without impacting on its views to the creek, golf course and mountain ranges. The hotel was designed to be built in two stages with Stage 1, the first 36 rooms, having been completed with the hotel commencing operations in early 2008. The hotel offers 4 different levels of accommodation catering for a range of patrons including sporting groups, travelling businessmen, conference delegates, families and wedding parties.
