It has sandstone base walling, weatherboard construction, is up on stilts, has a skill-ion roof form, ti tree stakes, stainless steel wire balustrade, and a ‘hole punched’ galvanized steel – sided timber stair all combining to give an informal air to this new take on an old theme.

This is green and elegant garden was designed by Eckersley Garden Architecture. This garden completed with swimming pool, in ground trampoline, herb and vegetable garden, hen house, undercover BBQ and dining area plus both sunny and shaded relaxation areas. Soft landscape includes clipped green shards of hedge for screening, woodland plantings of seasonal foliage, contoured lawns, flows of mass ground covers, creepers to climb and drape and herb and vegies for the kitchen.
