It is an integrated set volumes and decorative combinations with high level as a game that perfect blend of the boundaries between art and architecture. The property has an area of 1,368 m2 with a slight slope that A-cero has been used to adapt the building on three floors: basement, ground and first floor. The entrance is on the ground floor where the social rooms (living room and dining room) on the right side of the house. On the left are: a bathroom, a patio, kitchen, office, pantry and room cleaning. At this level also enjoyed a porch that communicates with the dining room. A staircase and elevator allow us to communicate with the basement and first floor. Which is distributed in the following rooms: two children’s bedrooms with dressing rooms, bathrooms and a living room, a guest bedroom with bathroom, master bedroom with two closets and a bathroom, a study library and two small terraces. The basement includes the controls of the facilities, storage, storage for garden tools and bicycles, indoor pool, gym, sauna, massage room, cinema room and cellar.
