He already plans it years before to make it come true. He wanted to add some storey on his backyard. He wanted to make some rent room business where he can rent this rooms for students. He wanted to separate the main house with this new storey house.  He told me that he want to give some private area for his customers. But the reason he place this storey house on his backyard because he wanted the customer of his rent room keep save also. Two-storey-Extension This two storey house looks so simple for outside. But when he brings me look around his house, I was very amazed to see this. When the first times I enter the house, I found some cozy hall here. He adds some small hall where the students will meet their guests. This hall was design as café shops where each person will speak personally to their guests. And I saw some corner look like kitchen. I think Mr. John will ask someone to open some small café here. This will make the students will not difficult to get some food outside of his room. The design of the café itself complete with large cupboard to place books. Mr. John wants to bring library home with his customers. Then, Mr. John showed me the rooms. They are amazing rooms. This room is not too big but not too small. Every room has its own small shower with toilet. The design of the wall cupboard made the room has large free area. Every room is facing of the sunrise with the beautiful garden under the window. The good ventilation like this will make the students stay health. It will make parents do not worry anymore about their children health as long as they are study in this town. Can the students cook? Yes, they are. Mr. John also provided some large kitchen. He provided three different stoves and two large fridges where the customers can cook here if they want. And also, they can keep their food in these large fridges. Mr. John also provided some laundry near the hall in the first floor. He has reason why he place the laundry here, because you know, sometimes young people like to chat with their friends while they were doing something. And sometimes, they will invite their friends to accompany them when they are washing their clothes, because washing will be so boring if you just sit and do nothing. I like this house, what a complete house for living. Mr. John bring some luxurious for the customers live.
