At this stage all we do us an idea of what is a pouf or an armchair, all comes an image to the head that may differ slightly depending on the person. However, I am sure none imagines a pouf or a Chair like that they show in this entry.
They are transparent and are filled with Hay, all in order to achieve a unique rustic effect. The idea has been Italian Fabio Percio and the price of Hey, that this is how the collection is called is 314euro. The years pass and the famous lofts are still true objects of desire in the field of housing. American origin, these buildings tend to have its best exponents precisely in the United States, and there is where this fantastic loft full of harmony… And surprises.
The penthouse is situated in Soma, a suburb of the city of San Francisco (California). The interior design and distribution were performed from the project developed by its own owner, in collaboration with Martin Building Company.
Something that perfectly defines the Majesty of this building is the fact that, after putting on sale by more than 3.5 million dollars, only took eleven days to sell… The residence has no less than 460 square meters, of which 55 are outside areas. A magnificent terrace with the best views and luxurious amenities (among which included a jacuzzi) Crown loft and gives it even more spectacular.
The loft is divided into several heights, that create dynamic appeal and comfort-filled mezzanines. Inside, there’s even a tree growing in the middle of the space… The building was originally a warehouse that was converted wisely as a residence. Solid wooden floors were recovered from a Los Angeles airport hangar, and under them are enjoying a nice radiant heating. About the space, cover is adorned with several skylights, with one wider in the Centre that can be removed to Open the loft in the open air.
