Meanwhile, the quasi experimental study is used frequently in studies of infection control and antibiotic resistance. This study also known as pre-post intervention or before-after intervention study design. This study is used to evaluate the effectiveness of specific interventions. Usually this design is used in the social sciences, studies of the methodological principles for optimizing quasi experimental studies and the relative hierarchy of quasi-experimental study design that have been published in several decades. Furthermore, there are two types of quasi-experiment study. They are Nonequivalent groups design and regression-discontinuity design. The nonequivalent groups design is present the simplest form.
