I am sure that you already try any diet tips to lessen your weight but it still doesn't work. Or maybe you are already visited the gym to do some aerobics or anything that the instructor teach you. And the worst from her is, every time she is doing diet, she cannot stay longer. Usually she only stands in a week. After that, she will give up. I think it is not good idea too if you cannot stand in the diet when you do not doing anything at all. It will not help you to make your body weight lessen. So, I suggest that you would rather choose one of diet style and stand it till you get the weight as you want. And when you get your weight keep control your eating habit to keep your body weight.
