Called UF/O, this is indeed undefined function or object, so exactly you can decide yourself what you want to do with that, the unreal shapes highlight the name. Perhaps, you will think that without an unobvious function it would just be considered useless but the most valuable things we keep aren't necessarily functional. As this object can be table, a stool, a sculpture. With natural wood, grey wood, black glass you can have a miniature of undefined object whereby is exactly functional.
