| Union Panorama Bench by Jangir Maddadi Posted: 30 Oct 2011 08:09 AM PDT Jangir Maddadi has created this new Union Panorama Bench, which is a long simple seat made out of organic spheres. It can seat up to twelve people comfortably and integrates two tables into the mix as well. It will be interesting to see if any cities adapt this design.

| Aluminum Chair by Peter Scherer Posted: 30 Oct 2011 08:07 AM PDT This new Aluminum Chair is a design from German designer Peter Scherer and is very minimalistic but at the same time very nice. The inspiration behind the design comes from folding a 2D cutout into a 3D shape and the end result works very well.

The dilapidated house was heritage building volume. Because of that the renovation and rebuilding concept is to create modern living without interfere the building previous outer structure. So the result is modern house design with vintage outer building envelope – colonial style house. Full maintenance, rebuilding, and extended renovation applied in the interior area. The interior design of this modern house has calm atmosphere décor. Height ceiling and patterned wooden floors with pastel colors create cozy interior design. New modern garden landscape and parking area built in minimalist way, so the beauty of vintage exterior structure can be enjoyed. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms renovated and extended.
