Modern Beach House in Peru by JSª Architects Posted: 18 Mar 2013 05:07 PM PDT This breathtaking beach house located in sloping site beach line, approximately 50 km from Lima Peru. This modern house was designed by JSª architects, a team of architects from Mexico City. The rectangular field has an area of 389 m2 and spectacular seascape views. Respecting the rules of the project is complex 2.00mts rebuff to the pier height with a common area that includes pool, lounge, patio, kitchen and services. The concept of joint departments as separate volumes superimposed, generating compositional diversity between indoor and outdoor. Each of the living areas aims to enhance the action of looking at the landscape, resulting in a different project in relation to the privileged views yet articulated a subtle volumetric profile of the boardwalk. The habitability of the set is accomplished by articulating the spaces with a large central courtyard covered with a wooden surface operable Cámbiate provides a space character and the common area provides preference to more attractive view of the bay.
