Floor to ceiling glazing and connected outdoor living spaces seamlessly integrate the home with the California native landscape. Two main volumes, anchored close to the boundaries of the property, divide the lot into thirds, bridged by a sunken kitchen in the center. The pool in the center of the outdoor courtyard visually unites the building forms. As the hub of the residence, the kitchen connects the public and private wings of the house and possesses expansive views of the pool, side and rear yards. A modern home with building's comfort and energy efficiency. Modern family home which called Morumbi Residence was designed by Studio Drucker Arquitectura. This home has windows with heat control as one of energy efficiency, beside heat control this home also has sewage treatment, solar heater, cross ventilation, polystyrene insulation, digital control of lighting, recycled wood that make the home become less harmful for the environment and great home. Modern two story home, Morumbi Residence Description from Architect : "the construction preserved the existing trees and bamboos defining the entrance, enhancing the volume, the 3,60m overhangs and the transparent frames, improving the transparency and to privilege the visual integration between the inside and the outside. The abundant transparency required, however, solutions to control the incidence of light, with thermal acoustic tiles, hidden by plate bands, are on the entire roof to improve the building's comfort and energy efficiency.
