Open your toolbox and start working with your hands Posted: 05 May 2013 09:48 PM PDT Craftsman, together with Sears Heroes at Home and non-profit Rebuilding Together have just launched a “Make a Difference” Tour to inspire people across the U.S. to open their toolboxes and start working with their hands. They have filled a truck with all the latest Craftsman tools and hit the road. With more than 20 stops scheduled, they are going to help with home renovations of military veterans, help with projects in local communities and try to make a difference in recent natural disaster zones. And of course, throughout the summer they will also be attending various consumer events. Leading the army of volunteers is the American TV personality Ty Pennington. "It is so important to give back, and I have been fortunate to be part of some truly heartwarming home renovations throughout my career," said Pennington. If you want to follow the tour online, feel free to bookmark the address Craftsman.com/MakeaDifference. At each stop new updates, photos as well as volunteer opportunities will be posted. If you visit the events you will also be introduced the latest products by Craftsman brand. You can see the demonstrations, you can check the tools out yourself and you will also have a chance to sign up for Craftsman Club for exclusive discounts. Modern House Design in Dionysos by Nikos Koukourakis Posted: 04 May 2013 05:07 PM PDT Nikos Koukourakis presents beautiful house with modern concept design in Dionysos, a residential suburb in northeastern Attica of Greece. The building dominates with its clean-cut lines, while its volume is split, without being dissolved, from the rich perimetric openings giving to it an airy sense via to their exposure to natural light. The big glass surfaces leave a permanently open dialogue with outside, without creating the least sense of isolation in the interior of the house. This house used green concept, such facade insulation system and lighting fixtures are using LED technology. – Nikos Koukourakis The post Modern House Design in Dionysos by Nikos Koukourakis appeared first on Home & House Design Ideas | Interior. |
